Registered Patent Attorney:  Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years preparing and prosecuting patent applications. A book of business, as well as a degree and industry experience in the electrical, electronic, computer hardware or software arts are preferred.  Candidates with other backgrounds will be considered if they have substantial portable business.

Litigator:  Candidates must have at least 5 years experience litigating complex federal and/or state matters, as well as substantial portable business.  Experience with patent and trademark matters is desired, but not required.
